While at Ross & Hardies, Ms. Haefner worked with Ms. Danner in her representation of national and state trade associations and manufacturers and suppliers of manufactured housing and building products. Specifically, Ms. Haefner worked on numerous matters related to federal and state regulatory and land use issues, as well as the preparation of articles of merger and bylaws for various national trade associations. She has also had experience in various aspects of telecommunications law, customs law and the registration of trademarks and service marks.

Ms. Danner has been actively involved in her community for over 25 years. She served on the McLean Community Center Governing Board from 1986-92; as President of the Barney Neighborhood House Board of Trustees; and has served on the Friends of the McLean Community Center and the McLean and Great Falls Celebrate Virginia's 400th Board of Directors and the Tysons Land Use Task Force. She is the immediate Past President of the McLean Community Foundation.
Danner & Associates also has significant experience in setting up and representing foundations. Our legal services in this respect have included, inter alia, drafting corporate documents, filing appropriate incorporation documents, applying for and obtaining 501(c)(3) tax exempt status as a publicly supported organization, handling intellectual property rights and developing several certification programs.
Ms. Danner is a principal of her law firm in McLean, Virginia. Her practice is concentrated in full service business and trade association representation, and estate planning. Prior to establishing her own law firm in 1992, she was a partner with Ross & Hardies, a Chicago-based law firm, where she helped establish the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.
