Specializing in audits, reviews, and compilations, Jeremy also has extensive experience in small business consulting and tax planning. Jeremy launched his career with the firm immediately after graduating from of the University of Southwestern Louisiana (now University of Louisiana at Lafayette) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Co-director of the Darnall, Sikes, Gardes, and Frederick Tax Committee, Joan has over 19 years of professional experience in accounting. Concentrating in taxation, Joan also has experience in business consulting and wealth management. Since graduating Summa Cum Laude from Louisiana State University in 1988 and earning her CPA license in 1990, Joan has gone on to enjoy membership in the AICPA and the SLCPA. Furthermore, Joan has earned FINRA Series & and Series 66 licenses, which allow her to assist with her clients financial and investing needs.
