We are financially stable and continue to grow and invest in our company. In 2012 we completed an addition of 40,000 sq feet to our Windsor facility to accommodate the growth of our business. We also added additional offset equipment and a second Oce Jetstream digital inkjet printer in addition to numerous insertion and bindery equipment upgrades.
As a recognized leader in the direct mail industry for over 42 years, Data-Mail specializes in high-quality printing, advanced laser and digital personalization, and traditional lettershop and commingle capabilities. Data-Mail’s full-service, state-of-the-art print, production, and mail processing facilities employ over 800 full-time staff at two locations, encompassing over 500,000 square feet of production space in the Hartford, CT area, and produces and mails over 1.5 Billion pieces of mail per year.

Data-Mail runs 24 continuous form laser printers and in 2012 produced over one billion feet of lasered output. Operating 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, we are one of the country’s largest MICR laser printers for direct mail with more than a third of our production being MICR ouput. Data-Mail has three continuous form laser printers that are dedicated to producing sign-offs to expedite the approval process for our clients. Data-Mail handles 120 to 130 sign-offs per day.
