At ArcBest Technologies, we have an internship experience that provides our interns both training and involvement in projects important to the corporation. Best of all, we provide an internship students can use to jump-start their information technology career. This is most commonly offered as a summer internship, but may be available as a fall or spring semester program.

ArcBest Technologies does an excellent job of helping the users meet their business needs. The relationship we have with our customer areas enhances our abilities to do so. We also hire excellent people who have the motivation and skills to handle the challenges of meeting those needs.

One of the things I like most about the ArcBest Technologies work environment is being able to ask questions and brainstorm with people who have different perspectives and experiences. The people who work at ArcBest Technologies are creative, friendly, and fun. They are always willing to help me accomplish my task. At ArcBest Technologies, there is a wide variety of skills and backgrounds, making our team environment even more valuable. There are also a variety of technologies being utilized at ArcBest Technologies.

As a Trainer in the Training Department, my job is to provide support to the employees of ArcBest Technologies through teaching courses and providing ongoing assistance. Our department works closely with those involved in research and development of cutting edge technologies. We provide documentation and training to aid employees in the various technologies used at ArcBest Technologies.

I have recently been a part of researching and implementing a Cardholder Data Environment in our network infrastructure. This project will ensure that our company meets and exceeds the Payment Card Industry Data Standard, and will preserve the integrity of our customer’s personal and confidential data.
