Mike Schnaus is Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, responsible for mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances with outside companies on a global basis. Mike has over 26 years of experience in corporate development/corporate finance, having previously held management positions in this role at Alliant Techsystems (formerly Honeywell), and public corporations in Los Angeles and Phoenix.
