For over 20 years, Datapax has prided itself in providing it’s customers with highest level software support in the industry.For over 20years, Datapax has been providing the international baking industry with leading edge software, services and solutions that help bakeries and food processors of all sizes manage their businesses so that can realize their full potential.In the 1970s, Sol Menashe left his career as a consulting engineer and opened a retail bakery in Arizona with his wife Lucie. He harnessed his expertise in computer programming and designed a software program to help him manage his bakery. The software proved to be critical to the success and expansion of his bakery business. After opening two additional retail outlets and a large wholesale bakery, he decided to sell the bakeries and use the proceeds to start Datapax, Inc in 1985.
