Dataway was founded in the early 1990's at the dawn of the commercialization of the internet. Our mission then and today is to enable organizations to securely realize the opportunities of the digital age. Our engineers are industry veterans, many of whom have worked at Dataway for more than a decade. Broad industry knowledge, a proven track record, stellar reputation, and long-standing client and vendor relationships are what set us apart from other security firms.

Engineering excellence is a key principle of the company. We develop and deliver core infrastructure technology “Uptime is the Bottom Line.” which emphasizes and focuses the relevancy of the services we develop and maintain.

Stephen heads up Dataway's European office based in Dublin, Ireland. He has worked in the IT sector for over 20 years, initially in the desktop publishing market and later in networking and internet security. Stephen studied commercial art before moving into IT.

Rick has over twenty years of experience in information technology and networking, much of it as an independent consultant and strategic advisor brought in to tackle the most difficult network challenges. Rick's clients include Siemens, Shared Medical Systems, Caritas Christi Health Corporation, Yukon Koskokim Health Corporation, Blue Cross of Pennsylvania, SprintLink, Fidelity, and the San Francisco Department of Public Health.

Simon founded Dataway in 1994 as the internet was first becoming commercialized and security threats were in their infancy. He is an internationally recognized security expert who has helped hundreds of organizations optimize, streamline and secure their networks and IT processes. At Dataway, Simon is responsible for company strategy and operations as well as being one of our principal network and security architect for Dataway's clients.
