If an inspection is performed on a roof system currently under manufacturer’s warranty and is in need of repair, we will report our finding to the appropriate facility contact. He/she must then notify the system manufacturer of needed repair(s) in writing in order to maintain the original manufacturer’s warranty.

Not only is the safety of our client's property and employees paramount when providing roof services, the well-being (safety) of our roof technicians is a top priority. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania certifies the David/Randall safety program annually and our certified safety committee meets to discuss safety issues; train new employees, provide up dates to all employees, conduct a review of random site inspections and provide current information for toolbox talks.
