Joe. E. David is a founding partner of David, Hicks & Lampert Brokerage and has been in the retail industry for over 25 years. His career started with CB Commercial Real Estate Group’s South Bay office in the Los Angeles area in 1986 as a retail broker where he spent 10 years. At CBRE, Joe was named top retail broker nationwide in 1991 and consummated over 300 lease transactions exceeding $180 million in total consideration. Following his tenure at CBRE, Joe joined Jamba Juice Company in 1995 as Director of Real Estate at which time the company was in its infancy with 15 stores.

Building on years of experience in multiple markets, Allen formed Lampert Properties, Inc. in 2002 to provide retail real estate brokerage, development and consulting services to retail developers, landlords and tenants throughout the Colorado and Rocky Mountain regions. Allen merged his company with David Hicks Brokerage in March 2007 after years of working together.

The mission of the LFC is to improve the quality of life for people living with Lupus by: advancing community education and awareness; providing patient and family services; promoting research for the prevention, early diagnosis, effective treatment and discovery of a cure for the disease; and by advocating for patients, family and community.

We have extensive experience in all categories of retail property representation. Our experience spans from the sale of land, retail buildings to the leasing of single tenant buildings, small strip centers, neighborhood centers, power centers and lifestyle centers. Our experience and the results we achieve are what help us build life-long relationships with our clients and has helped establish our vast partner network.

The managing members, Philip Hicks, Joe David, Allen Lampert and Scott Hagan have a combined 89 years of experience in retail real estate and have completed more than 8,000 retail transactions valued at more than $4 billion.
