We take great pride in the fact that the structural materials we put into our homes go well beyond what is "generally accepted". Met-wood beams, AdvanTech sub-floors and Tec-ply underlayment are just a few examples of products that, although a higher cost, will give you a stronger, longer lasting home with fewer service issues. Unlike the typical 1 year warranty given by most all builders, our 5 year warranty demands that, in order to be cost-effective, we need to build a better house up front to avoid costly service work later.

We have the most complete Warranty package available. We provide a 15 year dry basement warranty, 10 year structural warranty and, most importantly, we warrant all workmanship for a period of 5 years after completion.
