David Nase has been providing property management and construction services to the Portland Metro area for more than 30 years and is dedicated to providing a wholly integrated package of services. Our mission as a property management and construction company is to provide our clients with professional property management services while maintaining the integrity of the property for our owners and tenants alike.

At David Nase Property Management (DNPM), we offer comprehensive solutions for multifamily property management in the private, commercial, and affordable sectors. We are a full service property management company with our own maintenance staff, leasing agents and office staff. We provide an expansive collection of property management services, tailored to reflect property goals and local market conditions. With our strength, knowledge, and local expertise, our company is able to provide an array of services depending on your specific needs.

Teresa Nase co-owns DNPM with her husband David and currently holds a B.S. degree in Business. Previous to property management, Teresa thrived in finance and accounting for over 15 years before bringing these skills to David Nase Property Management.

The exceptional office staff is able to process all rents, security deposits, fees etc. in a timely manner. We offer accounts payable/receivable services to the owner to alleviate the stresses of investment property ownership. We provide a monthly accounting of all monies received and paid out to other accounts, as well as a year-end statement for your records and accounting purposes. The office staff also fields any maintenance/tenant issues and works quickly to resolve any challenges. In addition, the office staff is responsible for keeping in compliance with all property management rules and regulations set forth by Real Estate Board and the State of Oregon.
