This has saved Mediation clients tens of thousands of dollars in reaching a fair and equitable resolution of the issues in their case. We have found that mediating a case results in between one fifth to one tenth the expense of taking the same case to trial.

As his expertise developed, Mr. Rolfe came to recognize that the earlier cases settled the less damage occurred to the families and the better the outcome for the client. As a direct result, Mr. Rolfe began exploring and developing more of his practice in the area of mediation and other roles, such as child's legal representative, decision maker, parenting coordinator, etc.
