David Simpson Construction is fully licensed and insured for your protection. We possess an "unlimited, unclassified" contractor's license. This means we are licensed for any type of construction desired with no upper dollar limit. We carry full workmans compensation and liability Insurance and all subcontractors are insured. The cost of any project is always important. David will give you a realistic estimate up front, not a low figure just to get the job followed by hidden extras. When building desires and budget don't match, David can suggest alternatives necessary to give you the right dollar amount. While higher quality isn't free, a little extra up front can save you money in years to come. In addition to building custom homes, David also offers consulting and Owner's Representative services. David Simpson Construction is a member of the Red Lodge Chamber of Commerce and the Big Sky Chamber of Commerce.
