Description
These Executive Summaries are given as examples only. They may be modified to meet your needs as an inspector based on the types of services that you provide and the needs of your clients. If a series of inspections for multiple sites is required, you may wish to provide a spreadsheet summary for the project in addition to a summary sheet. The worksheets are used to assure a complete report but most clients will want to have a simple summary. They can read the complete worksheets to learn specific information about the requirements.
We have all heard stories about this concern or have had experience with the problem. We are now providing scanning service to locate and remove any metal objects that may be buried in your playground sand or other loose fill surfacing products.
At this time there are only 34 of these devices and most of them are owned by governmental agencies or manufacturers of surfacing products. There are only a handful of these devices owned by private firms. Safeplay by Design, Inc. is one of those companies. The devices are relatively cheap in comparison to the Triax 2000 that is used for Impact Attenuation so I assume there will be many devices purchased when this specification is adopted.
We provide review services for all parks and recreational facilities for government and commercial applications. We can work with your Landscape Architect or designer to review your playground plans and specifications for compliance with all applicable laws, standards and guidelines including ADA and make recommendations for modifications.
We provide training for your staff so that they can conduct the necessary inspections and maintain the equipment or we can provide frequent inspections.
