Luis has been working in customer service for the past 26 years. He is very outgoing and enjoys customer contact. He has been working lately with some of the firm's older customers who often need extra assistance. He has worked with family members and care-givers, on everything from doctor's appointments to contact with health insurance companies. He also has training in bookkeeping and accounting.
