David Z. Lu & Associates is a professional service firm concentrating on U.S. and Canadian immigration laws. The firm was established in 1994 by Mr. David Z. Lu. It currently consists of two off-counsels, one associate and three legal staffs besides Mr. Lu. We have successfully processed thousands of U.S. immigration cases. Most of them are employer-based immigration. We have clients ranging from individuals, private company, government agency, to international businesses from all over the United States and abroad. We are proud to have served prominent organizations such as GE Information Technology, Inc. in Maryland, George Washington University, Radio Free Asia in Washington, D.C., NZ Technologies, Inc. in Boston, etc., and other outstanding individual professionals. Thefollowing is a brief description about Mr. David Z. Lu's background: Mr.Lu is a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association, a member of the NewYork Bar, and a member of the Federal Circuit at Washington, D.C. Mr. Lupossesses a solid knowledge of English as well as laws both in China and in theU.S. He graduated from Georgetown University Law Center in 1992. Mr. Lu alsostudied law in a Master's degree program prior to coming to the United Statesfrom China, where he first obtained his Bachelor's degree in English Languageand Literature in 1982 before went to law school of Jilin University.
