Our school began as a dream in the hearts and minds of a handful of committed Christians-a dream of top-quality academic preparation for our community in an atmosphere permeated by Christ's spirit but free of denominational bias. Since our founding in 1980, that dream has become a reality. Hundreds of girls and boys have entered and progressed through Davidson Academy, availing themselves of our vast array of programs and opportunities, becoming servant-hearted young women and men, and going on to higher education, careers, and families of their own.
