Sacramento Campus Commons Medical Building This medical office building is located in Sacramento’s Campus Commons. DMG began management in 1994 and continued through an ownership change in 1998. Major refurbishment has occurred over the years keeping it desirable and therefore rentable in the 21st century. Roseville Office Building This 26,000 square foot office building located in Roseville was new and in the rent-up process when DMG began the management in 1989. Over the years, we have gone through several releasings, and several original tenants remain today. Frequent interior decorating along with the installation of a real-time video surveillance security system has allowed this building to keep pace with newer buildings. Folsom Office Building Two office buildings containing 15,700 square feet are located on this Folsom property. Exterior renovations including landscape, awnings, brick sealing, and a new monument were completed the first year of ownership. This major undertaking resulted in reduced vacancy and an increase of market rent compared to other office buildings in the area. Auburn Apartments Twenty-six apartments located in Auburn were well known by the Auburn Police in 1995 when DMG was first contracted to manage the property. The new owner told DMG he wanted a trouble-free property, offering livable accommodations to attract quality tenants. Since the purchase, rents have increased over 200% and we often have a waiting list for occupancy.
