In addition to acupuncture, I offer energy work based on native healing traditions of the Peruvian Inca Shamans. This work addresses imbalances in the energy field around the body. Before physical health issues arise, there is usually an imbalance in the energy system. Early life events, traumas, belief systems, and genetic imprints are stored in this energy body and can lead to health issues, poor response to stress, and difficult emotional and behavioral patterns. Energy work can clear imprints at the energetic level to allow you to step out of fear, limiting belief systems, or old trauma stories and help you to step into a sense of inner peace, strength and vitality. Energy work can address imbalances on any of these levels: Physical - repeated illnesses, inability to maintain health despite good self-care habits Mental/Emotional - anxiety, depression, negative thought patterns, poor response to stress Relationships - repeated patterns in relationships, boundary issues, difficulty ending relationships Spiritual/Soul - seeking meaning in life, searching for soul's purpose, desire for greater inner peace Benefits of energy work may include: Increased energy, vitality and physical health Feeling of connectedness to self, others and to life Greater ability to create and achieve your life goals Improved self-care and self-nurturing Ability to see your situation from a higher perspective and then shift it After working with acupuncture for over 5 years I have developed a strong understanding and experience of the energy body. I've become aware that working at this level can bring about significant, even profound changes when people are willing to explore this aspect of themselves. My goal is to be a bridge-maker and offer this work to all, including those who might be experiencing it for the first time. I want to make it easy to understand, easily incorporated into any other healing or personal work that you are doing, and ultimately a tool that helps you come into deeper peace and healing within yourself. I believe that each person who is willing to do their own healing will positively affect the world around them. As you come into balance within yourself, you then come into balance with your friends and family, and then with the community and the earth. I offer this work to anyone who is interested in taking these steps.
