As a principal, Mr. Stokes is involved in all phases of architectural consulting work. This includes an extensive background in planning, programming, design and management of large, complex building projects. These tasks involve highly specialized, multi-member project teams. Mr. Stokes provides the firm with a unique level of understanding and perspective in facilitating health care planning solutions.

This project consists of a new Medical Center and Professional Office Building located near Greer Ranch, on the east side of the 215 Freeway in Murrieta, California. The Medical Center is a 106 bed hospital of approximately 248,000 square feet and includes 6 state-of-the-art surgical suites, imaging center and emergency room.
