Dean Yarrington, Owner Operator, has over 30 years experience in the HVAC industry. His background includes both residential and commercial applications, as well as temperature controls experience. Furnaces We offer a wide range of furnace options from 80% to 95% efficiency ratings. Furnaces work to provide airflow for your air conditioner via the blower fan; it also allows you to heat your house via gas burners. We offer TRANE products that vary from the top of the line communicating furnaces to the more basic single speed furnace.
