Description

Yes, we are affiliated with Denlinger's Publishers, established in 1926. The name, Daytona Press, is derived from William Denlinger's Middleburg Press, established in 1957 at Middleburg, Virginia. During his teen-age years, Gustav Postreich "Junior" became involved in the printing and publishing business when he helped close cousin William "Uncle Bill" Denlinger move from Richmond, Virginia to Middleburg to establish Middleburg Press and re-locate Denlinger's Publishers, Ltd. in the lower level of a three story multi-purpose building he had purchased. After graduation and four years in the U.S. Air Force, Gus moved to Middleburg to help Bill in his many businesses. In 1997, Gus teamed up with Bill to form Denlinger's Publishers Emerging Technologies Division in Edgewater, Florida. Daytona Press was established to provide a service to authors and publishers who needed short run book printing. Because book publishing is a gamble, short-run printing technology is revolutionizing the publishing industry. Now, anyone can be published, affordably!
