DC Fine Homes builds homes in the greater Lane-County area, from Cottage Grove north to Junction City and everywhere in between. Whether it be a client specific project or a speculative home it is essential for us to feel inspired by the project, one where we can provide the future owner with a well thought out, exclusively designed residence. We specialize in working closely with future homeowners to design the best fit for their property, and the start-to-finish service we provide centers on creating an attractive, well built home that accommodates the client's needs.

In addition to the financial benefits, our custom build clients also get design services from our interiors company – DC Interiors – at a heavily reduced rate. Add to that our professional trade discounts through companies such as Pottery Barn, Restoration Hardware and Williams Sonoma, and believe we provide a well rounded, value added experience to our clients.

DC Interiors specializes in working with designing and re-designing spaces to provide better use of space, function, and thematic elements. Sometimes all someone needs is a few new ideas to kick-start their new project, and other times there is a bigger need for direction. Organizing strategies, lighting variation, or creating a grand entrance needed? Need some advice on sprucing up the interior or exterior of your home, or could use some help with some inexpensive, fresh ideas for your new construction project? We are here to assist you!

If hired, we will work towards constructing the best home we can within your budget, and as part of the project we will offer our interior design services at a reduced rate. We can adapt to any style or theme, and we feel our versatility and service oriented approach helps make the daunting task of constructing their home a little less stressful and a little more enjoyable. When finished with your home, we are confident that the experience will have exceeded your expectations.

We are best suited for residential construction above 2,000 square feet, but will look at any project where we feel we can be an asset. We are experienced in building within tight timelines, constructing on challenging parcels and working with the clients that know what they want the home to look like but have a tough time conveying their thoughts. We feel the only limitations we have is our imagination... and we haven't found the limits of that yet!
