DeBoer and Associates, PC traces its origin to December of 1989 when Gene DeBoer launched a new public accounting business as a sole proprietorship. As the business began to grow, accounting staff were added in the next year. In June of 1992, Chery DeBoer left as a partner of another local CPA firm and joined Gene in the partnership of DeBoer & Associates, CPAs. Additional staff were added over the next nine years to bring us to a total of 5 staff members. Effective January 1, 2001, the business was incorporated under the name of DeBoer & Associates, PC. Throughout the 11 year history of the firm, we have linked insightful business advice and strong technical skills with effective communication and interpersonal relationships with clients and employees alike which symbolize the depth of commitment we bring to our clients and employees. That is the commitment that is a part of each of us since we started and looking to the future.
