Wiley Hall is an 80-bed, 83,000 s/f Assisted Living Adult Home located in the Masonic Care Community in Utica, NY. Designed with a residential feel in mind, each resident room and even the public spaces are furnished to give the building a sense of home. Intermixed throughout the building are public lounges, an activity center, as well as game and garden rooms to keep the residents active and provide a social environment. In addition to these public spaces the building is also equipped with a full service kitchen and large dining room.

The Education/Optifast program features a large classroom with a movable partition that can divide the room into two as well as a learning center equipped with computers to provide clients with a place to interact and research health issues.

A 1500 Bed Maximum Security Facility designed for 23 hour lockdown of inmates in Administrative Segregation and Disciplinary Inmates (SHU-Special Housing Units). The facility features 5 housing buildings, each with 250 precast concrete double-bunked cells. Every cell includes a shower, and each has an individual recreation pen connected by a back door to the cell.
