This is a legally binding document protecting you, your employees, and your dealership from any liability with regard to products and services provided by DSI. Others may claim to provide you these levels of protection, but only DSI backs all of our programs in writing through the following documents: This is completed and delivered with every DSI vehicle built and returned to your dealership. -DSI Indemnity Agreement DSI and Dealer Principals sign this agreement upon a dealer joining our custom vehicle program, both DSI and Dealer principal will retain original copies. -DSI Additional Insured Your dealership will be added to our $15 million liability policy as a certificate holder and a copy will be provided to you which will clearly include your dealership name and address.
