In addition to being well qualified in all areas of accounting, Mr. Archer has extensive experience in the publishing industry and the insurance industry. Also, he is highly qualified in handling public benefit corporations, not-for-profit organizations and pension plans. His community services include treasure in the Suffolk Coalition of Minority Business Enterprises.

The New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) is one of the largest state accounting organizations in the nation with approximately 28,000 members.

Founded in 1991 by Glenn N. Deans and Michael O. Archer , Deans•Archer & Co., Certified Public Accountants (CPA) has grown to serve Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, Long Island, New York City and the Metropolitan area.

Mr. Oniyide who has over ten years experience in both private and public accounting, was a former revenue agent with the Internal Revenue Service. He holds a BBA Degree in Accounting from Bernard Baruch College of CUNY, and a MSC Degree in Economics and Finance from Lehman College of CUNY. His professional memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. His community services including serving as the President of the African Emigrant Association of New York City, Inc.
