Lois Crisp has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry spanning both the acute care and ambulatory settings. Ms. Crisp has a solid background in senior leadership and project management as well as extensive experience in clinical system implementations. She has successfully developed and deployed transformational strategies and methodologies in acute care clinical processes with industry leading vendors and consulting firms at multiple client sites.

Jackie Luchsinger is a Registered Nurse with over 16 years of clinical experience and an additional 16 years of experience in healthcare consulting. Ms. Luchsinger has proven experience leading the delivery of solutions to complex business issues and has a broad background in clinical care management and management consulting. Before joining Dearborn, she held leadership roles at a large healthcare IT vendor (McKesson), helped develop the clinical transformation consulting group at a major global consulting firm (Dell), and was a principal at a large health services company (GE Healthcare). Dave Thomas has over 23 years of experience in healthcare and professional services. Mr. Thomas has worked with healthcare organizations throughout the country in accelerating their operational, quality, and business development initiatives. Prior to joining Dearborn Advisors, Mr. Thomas worked with hospitals in adding a mobile technology component to their patient engagement strategy (iTriage, LLC). He was also a Regional Vice President with a national consulting firm and helped health systems improve clinical outcomes (HealthGrades). Early in his career, Mr.

Julia Kenney is a professional nurse with over 25 years of experience in clinical nursing, healthcare operations, and clinical information technology. Ms. Kenney has served clients as diverse as integrated delivery systems, academic medical centers, teaching and community hospitals, ambulatory practices, and managed care organizations. Prior to joining Dearborn Advisors, Ms. Kenney was the Cerner Practice Director for a global consulting firm where she was responsible for practice management, development of the accelerated implementation methodology, and project oversight.
