We enjoy working with family members to obtain legal permanent residency or citizenship. We work closely with hospital or corporate employers and employees who want to obtain legal permanent residence or non-immigrant worker visas such as professional visas (H-1B), extraordinary alien worker visas (O-1), Religious visas (R-1), or other visas such as treaty visas (E-1 or E-2), fiance (K-1), J-1, L.-1, TN, H-2B, H-3. We also work with students to negotiate the changing rules involved with obtaining and keeping their student visas (F-1) valid. We have handled many different types of professionals such as physicians, physician assistants, nurses, teachers, computer professionals, engineers, athletes, specialty cooks, dieticians, pastors and nuns.
