RELEASE 14-010 On Thursday, the Decatur-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce honored three members of the business community at the annual Small Business Awards Celebration for their contributions to the area and their encouragement of the local economy. The evening, hosted by Decatur Country Club and presented by Redstone Federal Credit Union, is held in conjunction with National Small Business Week - an initiative lead by the U.S. Small Business Administration to encourage and highlight small business and entrepreneurialism.

Since 1982, Burnett Roofing & Construction has been a family owned and operated business serving the Tennessee Valley and specializing in roofing, landscaping and general construction. Started by David Burnett more than 30 years ago after having 20 years of roofing and construction experience, the company hires only experienced roofers and carpentry workers to provide the best available service to their customers - who range from small residential to large commercial.
