Decker Construction Company, Columbus OhioAsphalt Paving Contractors Decker Construction Company, Asphalt Paving Contractors, was started in Columbus, Ohio in the 1950's by Ed Decker. The company continued to operate after it was bought in the 1960's by Marble Cliff Quarries and later by Medusa Aggregate Company. In 1981, Roger Apple and Fritz Smith, both employees of Marble Cliff Quarries, purchased the assets from Medusa and reincorporated in the name of Decker Construction Company.
