Description

In the early '70s Mrs. Bhagwati Amin's passion for good authentic cuisine gave birth to a hobby. She loved to serve up delicious food and small Indian store owners immediately sought her abilities. As she worked in a clothing mill on weekdays, she would work nights and weekends to satisfy her desire to make and serve high quality foods while serving the needs of the community. During this period she never lost sight of family priorities and time dedicated toward her two children.
