We are writing because we feel compelled to compliment you on many aspects of the service your company recently provided in our home: Dust Free System -- It really was dust free! We didn't believe it would be, but it was. There was very little clean up after your crew was finished. Your Crew -- Your guys were great. They were very nice and went about their work efficiently and finished on time! Took a lot of time to hand scrape all the corners and sides. Your Service -- We always felt like the most important customer you had. Thanks for taking the time to explain the whole process to us. The Finished Product -- The most important thing of all was the finished floor. It looks fantastic. We were really very nervous about having this work done, but we are so thrilled with the results. The floor is beautiful, and even over month later still looks brand new...and we have a rowdy little toddler! -- Steve & Kristy We just wanted to let you know how great the floors turned out. Other floor refinishing contractors advised us that the dust free claim was just a bunch of bull, but from our first hand experience we found that this wasn't the case and your company, Deep Reflections, was about as dust free as one could expect.
