ESTLED in the forest along the banks of the Cedar River in Northern Michigan's Antrim County, Deep Wood Press has continued the tradition of hand crafted printed items, bindings and book matter. With a foundation in fine art and a careful attention to craftsmanship and detail the end result is more than a vehicle for information. Our books are printed via letterpress with handset types on fine papers and illustrated with quality artwork from original wood engravings, lino cuts and intaglio prints. These sheets are then bound by hand in traditional and contemporary book structures to please the eye as well as the mind which we endeavor to impress as carefully as our papers.
