What can be more southern? True to southern hospitality, your hosts will offer you complimentary coffee, popcorn, or cappuccino. Slowing the pace for a while, enjoy a moment to catch up on the news with your free USA Today or take advantage of the free hi-speed WIFI right from your site. Relax those sore muscles from that long drive by sitting in our well-maintained hot tub. Catch some rays sitting by our sparkling clean pool. The winter weather here in Troy is pretty mild. Since we bought the park 4 years ago, winter business has increased tremendously. Due to the over-population, high prices, and traffic in Florida in the past years, our park has become a desirable alternative. We have a 2400 sq. ft. rec hall that we use to entertain, play games, throw parties, and have pot luck breakfasts and dinners. ...
