NRA Certified instructor Tom Grounder is an avid firearms shooter and passionate about proper training for others. To be frank, too many instructors do not provide the essential training and infomation that is critical to help you understand the responsibility that comes with the legal carry and/or engagement with a hand gun and the other implementations of defense. The goal is to provide the student with a positive and enjoyable experience in training.
