Dan has over 25 years of experience in retirement plans. He has provided consulting and fiduciary advisory services to over 300 major corporations in the areas of plan design, investment consulting, record keeping administration and employee communications. Dan has extensive experience in the management and operation of retirement plans, including advising and assisting plan sponsors in their fiduciary responsibilities involving qualified plan issues.

Our leadership team has worked together for over 10 years creating, developing and executing to this philosophy.

We develop and refine proprietary processes, designed to empower our client partners to meet fiduciary responsibilities. We seek to identify issues before they become problems. We proactively engage the expertise of DCAdvisors leadership in our clients’ retirement planning, in the beginning, and throughout each relationship.

We review the current economic environment and its effects on investment performance. We review individual investment options to monitor compliance with investment policy statement criteria, and to gauge acceptable returns relative to market benchmarks. If an investment manager is underperforming, or achieving results that fail investment policy statement criteria, we provide the due diligence necessary to your committee, and facilitate a conversation on recommended next steps - to continue to monitor or remove from the plan.
