Your existing team may not be sized to take on a project of this size without taking two years to complete it. Some companies accomplish projects of extraordinary size by bringing in a team of experts to temporarily add manpower to the team and then leave when the project is complete. This is what we do at DefinedLogic. We provide teams of Business Analysts, Information Architects, and Project Managers that integrate into a company’s existing team and add expertise and manpower so that critical projects are completed on time and with excellence.
