Defining Realty Co. is incorporated, licensed, insured, and members of multiple Realtor associations. House listings are the core business for Realtors, when a real estate company lists your home for sale it provides them two opportunities. First and foremost, the goal is to get your property sold. Secondly, it’s to advertise their services to other buyers and sellers in an attempt to find more clients. We do the same thing, only we pay you for helping us advertise by cutting your costs, keeping more money in your pocket. Next time you see any real estate sign, really look at it. Real estate has changed over the past few years, that's why we of fer different options and low commissions to our clients who are looking to sell their home. Defining Realty is a full service real estate brokerage- everything you expect, except the high fees. Only 3.5% total fee, payable at closing and this includes 2.5% buyer agent fee.
