Evolv-CS from Defran Systems is a web-based client tracking, case management and billing management software system for nonprofit, human service, social service, behavioral health, mental health, counseling, developmental disabilities, mental retardation, MR/DD, child welfare, child and family service, foster care, residential treatment and adoption organizations. Evolv-CS is a custom system that allows service providers to create their own forms, programs, treatment plans, assessments with a high level of security and system administration. Evolv-CS handles complex billing and compliance needs such as HIPPA, AFCARS, SACWIS, medicaid, private insurance, cascade and waterfall billing with general ledger account receivable and accounts payable features. Defran Systems offers custom software products, consultation and training services.
