The Delaware Technology Park evolved from the work of former Governor Mike Castle s High-Technology Task Force and with former Governor Tom Carper s leadership. The task force focused on three high-technology areas that were central to the State s economy: biotechnology, information technology and advanced materials. Current Governor Ruth Ann Minner continues that focus. Today, the Delaware Technology Park showcases Delaware s technological and cooperative strengths to benefit researchers, established businesses and innovative entrepreneurs.
