Answer to multiple customers assigned Develop and process estimates for key accounts Delivery/sales of proposals to those key customers Maintain customer relationships A Project Manager has the capability to handle projects up to $10 million in size Will rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish position goals Follow all ISO procedures as stated in the Standard Operating Procedures Support and maintain a Lean work environment Provide direction to the field personnel assigned to projects being handled by this person.

Overview: Hold responsibility for day-to-day management of capital equipment projects from design to startup. Travel as necessary to customer sites during the sale, design, installation, and startup phases of each project as well as for periodic followup visits.

Overview: The Electrical/Controls Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, installing, managing, and/or maintaining equipment which is used to material handling and conveyor systems. The person in this role needs a thorough understanding of the operational processes of the company and will have a truly multidisciplinary role, working closely with colleagues across a number of functions, including operations, purchasing, and design.
