Heirloom Flint Corn Products Group tours are available with advance reservations. SORRY I cannot grind local corn unless it has been approved by the NC Dept. of Agriculture in Raleigh. Cornmeal, and grits are available, ground from the finest USDA and North Carolina Dept. of Agriculture approved, mountain grown corn. I have also published a book "Dellinger Grist Mill on Cane Creek" ( a history of the Mill, my family, and the surrounding area 1861-2000 ) which is also available on site. Meal and grits are $5.00 each; the book is $15.00 per copy. Tours are free. DVD's created on a tour ( about an hour in time ) in October, 2007, describing the history of the Mill and it's detailed operation, and demonstrating it grinding corn as it did in 1867, 1901, and 1955 are available for $10 each. All products are available at the Mill, The Orchard at Altapass, and at Young's Fuel Service in Bakersville.
