Sam founded Delphi Technology, Inc. in 1989 and has led the firm’s growth to national recognition as an innovative information technology solutions firm specializing in insurance and risk management solutions. After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton in Mathematics and a Master of Science from Stanford in Operations Research, Sam worked for IBM on database management systems and other mainframe software products.
