David Korn has forty years of experience in the cleaning industry. He began washing windows and worked diligently to learn and practice every aspect of the business. Today, David manages the operations of this high-quality, full-service building maintenance company. His skill in maintaining strong client relationships and his personalized, interactive approach with his management teams puts Delta heads above the competition.

Our story begins over a century ago with a local window washer by the name of Morris Korn. Equipped with nothing more than a sponge and pail, Morris traveled door-to-door, washing windows for the local businesses. Through his hard work and commitment to excellence, Morris quickly earned a reputation for providing quality service. In 1907, he formalized his business with the founding of the Rutherford Window Cleaning Company.

By employing only qualified and trained professionals that uphold this philosophy, we are able to ensure that all Delta employees are fully prepared to provide service of the highest quality. Delta’s goal is to make our clients’ lives easier.
