GREENWICH, CONNECTICUT, November 18, 2005 - An affiliate of Desrosier & Co., along with Harbinger Mezzanine Partners, announced today that it has completed its acquisition of DCi from ViewCast Corporation. John DeVito, President of Delta CompuTec LLC (DCi) will lead the management team and the Company will continue to be based out of its Teterboro, NJ headquarters.
