Delta has been focused on High Performance / Green Building since 2003. We realize the importance of reducing our carbon footprint and, if requested, we have the experience to assist our clients to do the same throughout the building process. Presently, we are constructing Rangeview IV which is an 82,000 square foot office building that is seeking LEED Silver Certification.
