We also provide many different classes and services, including: Bonding with Baby - In this class you will learn what to expect in the hospital and discover ways to enhance bonding with your baby after delivery and beyond. Breastfeed Me! - This class covers essential tips for the first week of breastfeeding, how to tell your baby is breastfeeding correctly, and ways to feel confident about your milk production.

We fulfill this mission by providing a variety of community services and programs. Our service delivery system includes WIC supplemental nutrition programs, breastfeeding promotion and support, community education and outreach, school-based health care for teens, and referrals to resources offered by our community-based partners.

Brent Williams began working as an accounting clerk at Delta Health Care in 1994. He became Chief Accountant and then served as Director of Finance and Information Systems. In 2001, Brent left the firm for a few years to serve as Operations Manager at Judith Buethe Public Relations in Stockton. He oversaw staff operations, organized and managed public outreach programs for large public infrastructure projects, coordinated events, and served as Assistant Producer of the Business Leadership Summit for three years.

The WIC Program is a federally funded nutrition program administered by the State of California. Delta Health Care’s WIC Program began in 1972 and, as the largest provider of WIC services in San Joaquin County, continues to be a leader in the provision of WIC Nutrition Services including enrollment, food instrument distribution, nutrition counseling, education, and care plans to WIC eligible participants at five sites located in Stockton and Lodi.
