Delta sources and manages acquisition opportunities, principally focusing on operating natural gas and coal fired facilities. We have successfully closed numerous transactions where Delta Power has identified an opportunity and led the structuring and negotiating of the transaction from inception through closing.Delta Power actively develops power projects in the U.S. typically of up to 500 megawatts, and in certain cases, larger projects of up to 1,000 megawatts, particularly where a competitive advantage exists. Delta focuses on Greenfield, Brownfield, and re-powering project opportunities. We perform all required analytical functions including: analyze electrical and thermal loads and site conditions, optimization of technical, operational, financial, and environmental considerations, and negotiation of transaction, construction, financial, and operating agreements.
