We provide services for industry, short line railroads, Class I railroads, commuter and passenter transit lines and metro trolley systems.

57 years ago my grandfather started a small local railroad contracting business called Railroad Construction Company. It is from these humble beginnings that we have grown into a multi million dollar national railroad contractor. We have not lost touch with our past, we are still a family owned business operating with the same values that my grandfather started with 57 years ago. Most notably these values include honesty, integrity, and a passion for both our customers and our employees.

Delta Railroad Construction has been a leader and innovator in the railroad construction industry for over 56 years. From multi- million dollar construction projects to small track repairs, Delta has the right people and the right equipment to do any job. That’s because we focus exclusively on track construction, repair, and maintenance.

Delta Railroad Construction (in conjunction with Quality Track Equipment) started our welding program in 2001 in order to provide the best service to our customers. Currently, Delta Railroad Construction operates 3 Mobile welding units and has a total of 5 welding heads. Two of these welding heads are capable of welding crane and girder rail.
